Well, there are a couple things you can do. Kaze started a hex editing thread, if you ask him nicely, maybe you can convince him to identify the hex value to add it to your inventory <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />, you fall back onto an earlier save, you could try sending your save in to Larian and see if they'll help, or you could start over if all else fails. Also, try remembering the last time you saw it in your inventory. If it was during the act you're in, search everywhere and see if you somehow dropped it on the ground somewhere. I did that once transfering loot between characters.
