As much as I would love to play this game, I simply can't. I've updated my video drivers and attempted in both Vulkan and DX11. My game always crawls to a near stop (or crashes completely) either when loading the cutscene or when loading the beach area afterward. If I do manage to get to the beach area, all the colors are distorted, textures are not fully loaded, and it's horribly laggy. At times, it's been bad enough that I've had to hard reboot my comp because it's totally frozen.
This has been in multiplayer with my hubby and he always crashes out during the cutscene when I host. As an aside, he also has issues getting past the cutscene in single player.
