What I mean is, for heat armor for example, you have the option to use an action to burn someone again as long as your concentration isn't broken. If you are in animal form and cast the spell on someone before you entered animal form, the way the spell is worded, you should still be able to trigger it on your next turn. The spell is active, you're concentrating on it, not recasting it. Hence, you can do it with a thought. So why can't I do it when I'm transformed? This seems like a big unnecessary and unintended druid nerf. Especially when they did manage to make you able to use flaming sphere while in animal form.

The same goes for moonbeam. Once I've cast it, I should be able to move it even in animal form.
