So this first started at the harpy encounter. When I cast a spell that can be upcasted, the level selection hotbar won't go away. I can't exit out of it at all and when I try another spell the hotbars just keep stacking, even after a long rest they are still up.
The only active mod I have is the one that changes Shadowhearts hair.
