I just finished the celebration night romance scene with Minthara.





But the evil play-throughs shouldn't get all the fun.

PLEASE please please make the romances after the tiefling celebration similarly sexy and hot. PLEASE. **ESPECIALLY WITH ASTARION**

I'm still working to get to and analyse the other romance scenes when we have them, and haven't done a full break down yet, but if you felt that the Minthara scene was 'Good' in any way, then you have my deepest condolences...

I sincerely hope that the other scenes are FAR better choreographed and more thought out in their approach and construction.

When I wrote that, I was thinking of the fact that all the Good Player romances are FULLY CLOTHED. At least, Gale when playing female, Wyll when playing male, and Astarion when playing male and female. Astarion takes his shirt off at some point, but that's mainly for the scar discussion.

So I was hoping for more nudity. I admit it.

I normally play on console, so I had no concept that you could actually expect games to be realistically choreographed.

So yes, I stan @niara's post 100%. I just wanted Larian to know that Good heroes like hot naked sex too, while it was still in EA.

Porn marches ahead of general tech adoption by what like 5-10 years? Its almost like clockwork for any kind of tech right? I gotta imagine this particular kind of 3d vfx is 100% fully dialed by now in 2021, but that's not exactly on display here lol. First time I saw the Minthara scene (Minthara on drow female), I was captivated enough to watch the whole thing. Second viewing, Minthara on dwarf male, also got the view full, since you knew the clipping would be hella comical. But beyond that, its kinda meh. I agree with all the Niara points made in that thread https://forums.larian.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=750763#Post750763 and also think that it might be potentially more interesting with some kind of dialog or investment into branching during the sequence, broken out into stages. Rather than going from like tender Hays code Noir innuendo in BG2 to rotoscoped BG3 pornhub banging, without much player input in between is just sort of goofy. It's also a bit of a bummer than none of the rando Tiefs or Goblins are into going freakmode at the party, which honestly would be way better if they want to go comic angle rather than just with the companions and the big bad. I can get behind giving the Good/Druid aligned peeps some more options. No Halsin I'm sure is crime to many! hehe. But yeah, some attention to the filmography and nuance would not go unappreciated. With omission the imagination can do what it wants, but if you actually show it then expectation and criticism goes up exponentially.

Also more legs! But that's a universal
