I used my action and bonus action but was not able to end turn so it would advance to next character in initiative, had to re load at earlier save to continue.

That bug has been in the game since release into EA, and will probably always be in the game.

Hopefully not. I hope they fix that one.

But you should maybe post this in the technical issues area just too add more ammo to the need to fix this.
