Some friends and I took part in playing through when the early access was first released, and we putzed around a bit inconsistently with new patches solo. I tried recreating the moon elf I'd made in previous playthroughs, and now whenever I choose a blue skin tone for her, her lips are bright pink in-game? They're not in the character creator, but once the game starts up they're candy pink in the portrait, gameplay, and cutscenes. And it looks so awkward and off.

For icy, azure, and storm skin tones they're always like... Dark blue and purple in ways that really match the skin tones themselves well. Then once the game starts, bam, what? That looks so weird. And was not the case in prior patches, so I can only assume something went weird in a recent update.

If it helps clear anything up for troubleshooting purposes, my video settings are:
Model Quality: High
Instance Distance: Medium
Texture Quality: High
Texture Filtering: Anisotropic x16

Lighting Quality: Medium
Shadows: On
Light Shadows: Off
Shadow Quality: Low

Anti-Aliasing: FXAA
Ambient Occlusion: On
Depth of Field: None
God Rays: Off
Bloom: Off
Contrast Adaptive Sharpening: On
Surface Scattering: On

EDIT: This is the case in both Vulkan and DirectX 11.

Got really bored after that playthrough and decided to test around a bit. This is specific to the Ice Tones, Azure Tones, and Storm Tones, at least up to tone 3. I think I tested up to tone 4 for Ice and it was also the case that high? I just stuck to Storm Tone 3 while testing the other races. It isn't effecting Marid Tones or Moon Tones. And doesn't seem to be effecting the natural human skin tones or the greens, reds, and purples.

The only race/subrace/sex combinations that appear to be effected are high elf and human females. They get the pink lips, every other female and the males of those races still have the lip colors they're supposed/shown to have in the character creator to with the aforementioned skin tones, even wood elves and high half-elves have the right color in-game.
