I apologize if this has already been discussed.
In my opinion disengage and sneak should be full actions, as per D&D.
I can live with drinking potions being a bonus actions considering that on average fights seem really hard, but the other two really cripple rogues.

Yes it has alreadu been discussed A LOT.
And yes, many here agree with you both for the sake of rogue but also for the sake of combats.

Disengage as a bonus action really leads to very uninterresting melee combats.
