I don't know if anyone else is having this bug. I am going to submit an official bug report but it appears that any time I start a new game, my character starts with the heavily encumbered status effect. It says my carrying capacity is 0. This makes the game unplayable. I thought it was because I had mods enabled but I have deleted all mods, removed the profiles, and verified integrity of game cache and the issue still appears.

Odd. No. Mine was fine. I played Druid human. Maybe it is a specific race or class or maybe mods messed with it and now won't allow you to undo.

I figured out that this was a corrupted data.txt file. I don't know why validating files did not fix this. But after fully re-installing the issue went away.

I posted this earlier actually. It took me 3 reinstalls for some reason.
