this was also an issue in patch 4. it's an issue in patch 5.

in the settings is an option to OFF for tutorials. when saving or loading a game, they still appear.
setting the option to ON, has no effect or setting it back to OFF.

Same. This is very annoying, especially on later playthroughs when you don't want to be interrupted with super basic tips.
