Hi. Well, hated if this get "fix" but for the realistic sake, I was able to pick pocket Anders magical sword and have my companion equip it before battle. During battle, I manage to disarm him (not sure if killing him with his sword intact produce same result). After killing him, I was able to loot the sword again thus having 2 of this artifact. Hope this isn't fix but might as well report it
