Well, I made a small list of what I believe are bugs.
-> I would love to know if anyone had the same problem.
-> If my understand of some/any aspect of the game are wrong, making any part of the list not a bug, feel free to inform me.

1- Some spells DC are wrong. My Druid's Moonbeam as my Wizard's Acid Spash is showing as DC 5 at combat log, which doesn't make sense at all since it suppose to be 8+Prof(2)+SpellMod(3) = 13. -> Not sure if more spells are having the same problem.
2 - The camera during the conversation to Omeloom of the society of brilliance was "bugged", it didn't approach as is suppose to do. It kept showing as a far 3° person, you could even see the Mind Flayer just "teleporting" into the screen.
3- Moonbeam damage is currently (2d10) if enemies fails the save and (1d10) if he succeeded, and that is wrong, the second part suppose to be [(2d10)/2]; It's look the same but it's not, because d&d round numbers down, so the average of (1d10) is different from (2d10)/2 RoundDown.
(Ok, this is a minor issue, but I thought it worth mentioning)
4- During the harpy part my camera got crazy, jumping from one char to the other... Until a broke the Harpy's concentration.
5- The were some crates on the back of a cart that was unreachable, example: The one close to the "Kids Dragon's Nest"
6- Even with the "Auto Remove Spell" option turned of, the spell keeping leaving the bar, and some spells as well as catrips keep coming back (even with the auto add turned off too). Again, not a big issue, but I like to keep my HtK Bar organized and was impossible.
7- After defeating Spike, I was about to release Liam with a sleight of hands check. It gave me the option to add guidance, and that is ok, BUT It gave me the option do add "Charm Person" and that doesn't make sense at all.
I Know Charm Persons is not like Friends, and so, not restricted to "No hostile Charisma check" and it usually work with sleight of hand if you are stealing for the person of even if you are trying to get something without someone know (Example: Getting selüne's stuff without ShadowHeart seeing).
8- When my druid was shape-shifted and he talked to a companion he "quick change to person and after back to animal", but this didn't happened after a fight when a NPC insta start a conversation. That "forced" me to NEVER finish a fight on wild-shape if I wanted to make sure that any possible conversation would happen with my main char.
That is all I remember off.. Is something else come to mind, I will edit this.
