For some reason Lae'zel is permanently encumbered.

I've stripped her down to her underwear, tried camping/sleeping, tried portal hopping. She is carrying 0/190 - and still "permanently encumber".

Maybe that is just how game shows us that she is "full of herself" ?
(just kidding ofc.)
