Seems Volo has picked the lock on his cage and the little pigeon has flown the coop!
Still friendly with everyone, despite ruining his performance (such as it was) I wandered inside to free him and found the cage door open and the bard nowhere in sight. Read his diary... (he was going to marry the Goblin? Talk about talking one for the team!)... but no clue there. #NotJudging - Those Who Harp and all that.
Talked to Gribbo and bought his freedom. Rested. Cage still empty.
Talked to her with Shadowheart and she say's "Where'd that bloody key go?" (as if it was stolen).
Talked to her with character and she says, "Hope Pidge is behavin' himself"
Going back to an old save to try again
