I have some strange graphical issues.

The graphic is flickering or then the skins, hair, and eyes are jet black independent of which color is chosen.

OK. narrowed the issue into two settings.
Light quality high is causing the flickering
Volume spread at the bottom of the graphical settings is causing the skin, hair, and eyes becoming jet black.

I've experienced the black skin bug several times in the latest patch. Happens in inventory and character screens as well. Also happened to NPC's
