There are two locked chest in the Recruits Barracks of Act I-Citadel Level 10. Is there a key for them? Or do you just have to have the Pick Lock skill?

If this is where i think it is i found 3 locked chests. one had a key behind a painting in the room the other a key under the pillow and didnt find one on the third
probably nothing great in there anyways.. by this time you should have the 2nd BF key and have found much better items.. tho there were no monsters on the 3rd flore of the 2nd dung.. i was disapointed
