There's a plus sign you click to go to the level up screen. And on the level up screen, there's an "Accept" button to finish the level up. These two items are in the same location, so if you rapidly click the plus sign you may instantly level up accidentally (I've done this twice lol). Would it be possible to add a confirmation popup when you hit "Accept" to prevent this? Or perhaps move the "Accept" button?
