I noticed, especially since the mini camps were instituted that the camp scene progressions tend to be a lot more sporadic and out of sequence. On one particular multiplayer playthrough, we never actually encountered Raphael after several long rests, but the option to talk about Raphael still appeared. Also, quite often there are times when I know the companions should want to talk, but don't and if spoken to in this case, they do not offer the dialogue options or scenes that should be there at that point.
On a related note, I recently found a hidden scene with Astarion (the scene was when Astarion had his nightmare about Cazador and woke up screaming from it, it really is a nice, immersive touch into his story). Right now, the only way to get this scene to trigger is to travel with only yourself and him, no other companions. The scene does not offer approval or disapproval, BUT it does add a lot of story value, so I would like to see it implemented in a way that it can trigger even if you have a full party, otherwise those who want to see it are crippled by a 2 member party and anyone who does not play that way will not find it. Another thing I noticed while playing in this fashion were other interactions with Astarion that I had never seen before that really helped to shape his character and were entertaining, I would like to see those added for full party playthroughs as well. I know that with a full party, there is a different dialogue that Astarion gives regarding his nightmare that is also important and perhaps carries more value, but if there's a way to work both into the story, I think it would really help immerse the player into Astarion's struggles and motivations.
On a much less related note, I would LOVE to see the dark paladin added at some point. Not only would be a fun class to play with, but also it could fit well into the story as the characters are faced with so many moral decisions to make and being able to break your paladin oath to become a dark paladin just seems so fitting.
One last random suggestion I would like to add, is the possibility for the player to become a vampire somewhere in the course of Astarion's story, AND to have the option to play as a custom vampire character.
