I'd love to see some Scottish or even welsh/Irish voice choices in game, i know it would be expensive and require a lot of work but having two male and two female voices feels pretty limiting when you have those parties that consist of 4 males or 4 females when playing with friends, I know this is a big ask and i know it wouldn't be as easy doing it as saying it however as Scottish accents are often associated with dwarves I feel like it would fit well

I would love to have a variety of accents too. Someone in another thread mentioned how cool it would be to have optional dlc with different va’s. I would have no issue spending 5 bucks to “reskin” custom char voices with Scottish/Irish/Welsh or other options.

Adding all those options in game? No idea how feasible it would be…but would def be great to have more choices for sure.

playing a dwarf with the current voices is kinda immersion breaking for me

The game should provide 12 voices for each gender, like at a minimum, I mean if it wants to be better than its predecessors and the general competition. The idea of putting voices as a DLC seems kinda like letting them off the hook. Like they couldn't possibly be launching out of ea with just 4 voices? Maybe they are just holding it back, so it will seem like we are getting more when it finally does launch? Like we'll be so happy to see 8 voices instead of just 4, that it will seem like a big get. But I'd be kinda disappointed if we didn't get a dozen with at least one gruff dwarf-compatible voice set that has some gravel to it.

yeah atleast 4 (2 male 2 female) voices per race (but not exclusive) would be nice.

I agree, I would love more voices, accents and especially Scottish accents - and Welsh and Irish.

As long as it's REAL Scottish or Welsh or Irish. You know, the kind you start wondering what language they are speaking.

honestly as a scottish born lad i would like true scottish accents but i know how difficult they are to understand so would be happy for a well spoken accent in place, as long as it isnt one of the cringey attempts on the accent i would be happy for it

I want to be a Scottish Goblin.
Irish, Welsh, Manx, Breton, or Cornish would also be acceptable.

I dont really recognize 99,9(periodic)% of accents in english ...
But usualy people say that Scottish is used for Dwarfs in most fantasy ... is so, i would say that they belong to must have category!
