Returned to camp and found her dead in a puddle of blood. Nearby was Gale with his necrotic aura, also dead, who assumingly was slowly killing her behind the scenes. Many lives depend on resurrecting him indeed it seems.
The worst part? You can't resurrect Shadowheart through the lich, no option pops up. Quite game breaking. My workaround was using resurrection scroll, which luckily I had some.
