As we all know, Natural 20 - For an attack roll, results in an automatic hit, and likely a Critical Hit while a Natural 1 - For an attack roll, results in an automatic miss.

Very often, DMs may inject house rules to apply natural 1 or Natural 20s to have other effects...some funny, heroic, others horrible etc...;)
Some of my more hilarious and OMG!! D&D moments were from this mechanic.

Would love to see this implemented in some form; even as an option.
