Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems repair/durability and HARDCORE!!!!

has anyone else noticed that apart from weapons, nothing else degrades at all! is this another bug? is anyone experiencing similar things? i havent once had to repair anything except for my weapons.

Another thing im a little worried about is the fact that the game is incredibly easy at the moment, im level 18 and in Act2 exploring around the imp village. And nothing is a challenge really, all the mutants and spiders are a walkover. The funny thing i also ramped up the difficulty a notch to Hardcore and thats made no difference really. Does the challenge pick up soon?

Now that you mention it, I've only ever had to repair weapons as well.

I went to the spider forest after the village, which was a bit of a challenge (or at least I needed to keep an eye on my health sometimes). There are a couple places that can be a little tough, but not overly so.

i HAVE actually had to repair my DK's sash. it's only an AC of 1 with a durability of 12...but it does ocassionally need repair. everything else has been weapon(s), with bows definitely requiring some monitoring.

never had to repair armour of any kind.

as for a challenge. mutants are easy. try the air earth golems, crystal gargoyles en-masse. damn earthquake spells hurt.

Huh? Am I the only one without this bug? I've had to repair my armour plenty of times... and my boots... and my belt...

What kind of armour are you wearing? Maybe it has something to do with that. I'm wearing leather armour all around at the moment.
