Level 5 is one of the most fun combat concept of D&D. Two Attacks or more powerful spells is a must.

At the moment I would say: no.

However, in not the latest, but second latest stream when asked about level5 Sven said something like (not the exact quote): "It is still not decided if level 5 will be in act one, so if you keep asking it might happen". Act1 is 1.0? Act1 as if EA? Who knows.

Keep asking though.

During the previous PFH Vincke said "If people will ask for it enough it may happen" which is usually coded language for "Of course it will happen, whenever we'll fee like doing it, because otherwise we wouldn't say a fucking word about it".
