I have one teleporter stone in my inventory. Do I need more to use it? The two options I have in my side are 1. use teleporter stone, 2. drop and use teleporter stone. What is the right way to use this?

I clicked on it in my inventory.

Sumo, it depends how you want to use them (I do it the same way as Lews).
If you want to cross and area you can't enter => drag&drop pyramid A (tossing) and then click on B in your inventory.

If you wish fast teleport => leave one pyramid at a merchant, house etc and click on B in your inventory to get back.
