Okay, I know this is not high on the development list, but I really dislike that everyone's initial outfits look like party clothes.
I mean, where is it written that Mages HAVE to wear robes that look like party dresses! At least Gales outfit looks more like what an adventurer would wear. Honestly, Will's outfit, if maybe a bit more worn would be a better look for a mage or a sorcerer. And, while I understand that the designer of the Druid outfit was attempting to make the outfit look 'woodsey', but come on, that outfit doesn't look anything like what I would imagine a working druid would wear.
After all, you are going to all this trouble to add mud, dust and blood to clothing now, can you just do something to make the clothes look more workmanlike? I don't envision an adventuring mage would wear a formal robe out in the woods, nor would I expect that robe to hang down by the feet where it could get entangled with the undergrowth.
So please, and maybe it's just me, dress down the characters. Make the starting outfits more worn and more practical (and in my opinion less prissy). This is the outlands, if you want a hint of realism, make everyone's outfits look like they actually live in the wilderness. For example, look at some of the villagers in the Witcher.
Rant off.
