Unable to move the Flat rock by the stream on the risen road

As the title says, I can't move the flat rock by the stream on the Risen road. It says "Not enough space" or "Target is too far" . Anyone else having the same issue?

I managed to move it but there is only one very specific spot on the other side of the road near the stream that you can put it.

Same here ... took some time to search for the spot laugh

I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. frown
