Hmmmm left / right ? I need an option to remove it (although technically as a good first aider you should never remove a foreign object like this)

Ah, just give it a wiggle, it'll pop right out. If that doesn't work try greasing it up first. Same thing happened to my Half-Drow Warlock and now he's walking around just fine.
