Have been scouring the internets for info on where to find it but was surprised to not find anything, including the fextralife wiki?
Tried equipping regular Salami but am unable to.

Yeah but don't remember where. They are in game.

Yes, they are on vendors, and can be found in the shattered sanctum where Halsin is being kept - on those Goblins (you have to kill them). It is the distinctly ribbed version of the Salami.

They can be dual wielded and you can cast shillelagh on one of them.

I found one in the crate near the lockpick tutorial point, on the path to Astarion.

I suspect that anywhere where it randomly generates a particular version of the salami food now, it is simply of the wieldable variety. I appreciate that, as well as being wieldable, it does also count as camp supply and can be used as such.

Has anyone tried dipping it yet? Does it cook?

I found one but it doesn't show a model

Got 1 in the barrel at the 3 Orges location.
