After killing the Shammy, I expected the Imp in his basement to get me to Act 3 and the Ranaar Temple. No such luck! The lil' buggar just wants to loot his relatives corpses!

I can get to the Dark Woods now, but not sure that helps. What to do to get to Act 3? TIA!

You talked to Tax, correct? did he bring you to a certain ba in Mushroom Forest? If so, were you approached by a commoner, who invites you to demon Asmodheus?

Apparently I gave up too soon. In the cellar, after promising to lead me out, he said "here comes someone" or the equivalent and did not take me outside. When I talked to him again, he led me out and said the same thing, this time about the Demon's messenger....strange....
