I'm in Citadel IX and in the barracks I've pulled two levers, one says "OF" and the other says "TRAPS" what do these levers do?

Pulling 4 levers in the correct sequence order should give a sentence and the west door is locked.

The four levers, pulled in the correct order, give excellent advice - follow it.

or save and don't follow it. and then reload.

I always have see traps up to level 4 or 5 at least.
