Main character's arms have vanished mid bicept down. All displays even cut scenes. There one save, gone the next. No sign of coming back.

It is probably a bugged piece of clothing. Sometimes a necklace or gloves. You can figure it out by removing it all and adding it back one at a time

I've seen similar issues once or twice. I used "Speak With Dead" on a corpse (can't remember who) and they had a section of their arm between the left elbow to just below the shoulder missing. I noticed that the "Broken Padded Armor" I picked up in the basement of the tollhouse on The Risen Road present the exact same issue of a missing section above the left elbow.

Wearing "Tainted Charm" necklace does this. Unequipping resolves it.
