Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Druids are absolutely broken for me

As the title says, druids are broken.

Any time I try to wild shape, my character makes a groaning noise and does not wild shape. It worked once while I was at camp.

- I've tried unequipping armor they are not proficient in
- Removed all weapons and armor
- I wait until the full animation is over
- I give them enough room to wild shape, nothing happens

Spells also don't work. I thunder wave 2-3 times before I give up since it does absolutely nothing. Lunar Mend is in the same boat.

I had to give up on a playthrough because what is the point of a druid who can't wild shape? Yes, moonbeam is amazing but I played the druid to become the animals provided for us.

I just hope this gets fixed next hotfix or patch because it sucks to not be able to play my favorite class.

This will look like trolling post but im serious believe me ...
I had same problem with my other characters (meanong i dont have druid rigjt now) ... and it helped me to click spell like an idiot before casting.

Really ... instead Click on Action Surge and Cast ... wich caused me thia problem ...
I start clicking actipn surge like 10 or 20 times AND THEN cast ...

Belive me or not it worked. 🤣

There's a number of actions that you have to select the action, then click on yourself to cast. Dash action works the same way. It's kind of counter-intuitive since wild shape and dash are both actions that you can't use on anyone buy yourself.
