Oh yeah.
That's about a year old... maybe older.
In Sweden they discovered that you can get cancer if you eat to much fries and potato chips. And everything related that gets baked.
It's one of those 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,... useless "scientific" research things.
You would have to eat a liberty statue full of freis a day to get a small chance of develloping cancer.
It's just like that story about cola. That you would loose your teeth if you drink to much.
To much being the mediteranian sea - a day.

These days everything is poluted in one way or another. air, groundwater,...
It gets into everything. But it has been like that the whole industrial age. There's no need to panic. It's just making us sick from time to time and killing us extremely slowly.
