i do know there is a fairly new nuclear power plant in ontario,
and is very up to date so i very highly doubt

it seems one of "their" routers failed and caused the other stations to
carry more load, and those breakers failed in succession,
one after another.......overloading and taxing the entire grid....
it did what it was supposed to do .....shutdown, and reroute,
but being soo old and outdated...... we see what the results are,
for bargain rate power management, and full cost to the consumer
