i can't find my way into the zombies chambers and i cant find out how george died i would really appercieate the help and thanx to all those that have helped in the past

Which zombie's chambers? If you are referring to the vampire in Verdistis, talk to Commander Kratus, follow his advice, search, move some boxes out of the way....
Do you mean the zombie Jake, in the graveyard by the poor section? There are four (IIRC) graves that lead into an underground section (saving is disabled there, until you defeat Jake).

About George's murder; go through all the speech options with the vampire.
