He's rather easy - if you move behind the coffin according to my pic and then open it - the vampire can't reach you and you can either batter him into the wall or wait until he reaches the coffin. He's still too far away and may be attacked with dagger, sword, spells - you can even drink coffee calmly <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
