key for chest with dragon armor /verdistis?

The chest is locked and I can find no key for it. IS there one?

Nope, the armour is not in the chests - are you in the title deed room at Sir Patrick's? You need lockpick lvl 5 - just drag them out in your inventory. Place them into the garden and return, when you've got the appropriate lvl.
