After you saw the cutscene? Just go back to the priest and tell him this via speech option. The quest is over then. You may meet the little boy in the poor quarters afterwards - but you can only give him money.

Bobo, you enter the church, fight the liches and ghosts there - after the church is clean, you go to the wooden cabinet in the right part of the church. This is a confessional box, you click on it and then descend to the priest. You talk with him and he tells you of the curse. You go up, you see the cutscene with the littly boy and the pissing scene. You go back into the wooden cabinet and talk to the priest again. You have a speech option to tell him what you saw.

The priest then goes up, the church is clean and the curse is gone.

i got a problem with the quest, i saved the game when i was in the church librabry with the priest but when i loaded the game the priest was gone, i went upstair and saw the cut scene, after i went back in the church library and the priest was not there...

Do you have a recent save before the priest disappeared? Does he show up on the mini map at all?
You may be able to reset his location with a bit of hex editing; Reviving dead NPCs.

If you wan tthe faign death potion, yes. Otherwise, no.

There are a couple characters (Mardaneus, Janus) which sometimes hide beside walls, though they show up if you walk close to them, but I have not seen that mentioned for the priest before.

yeah he was hiding beside a wall :P
