If you have completed the Boratus quest in the Dark Forest, however, he will not be beside the graveyard for the
disappearing gems quest.
i just went on like Boratus was still alive (although i baried him in his house about 15 levels ago) with the gem quest and everything worked well - it was still there,jumping away west,i got the cutscene and
some thugs,who dropped dead like flies just because they touched me (im pretty powerfull level 38 mage)
