Riftrunner might be published in Europe first, but that's not carved into stone.
Look at Age of Wonders : Shadow Magic : This game has been developed in the Netherlands, but Take2 decided to publish it in america first.
I only fear that the same might happen to Sacred, although this game is being developed in Germany. Take2 is the publisher, too.
