after getting the dragon armour quest from the dwarven king and talking to Sir Patrick he sends you to find lucus. Where is Lucus?

Check your map; Lucas' house should be flagged. IIRC, it is just a little north east of Sir Patrick's place.

its right behind the guys house that sells potions and you get the boads tea from his basement.
