Well, Fallout is a game in a postnuclear world with radioactivity (fallout <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> ) in several parts - it's not fantasy, that's correct - and you fight with modern weapons, no magic. But the combat method is turnbased and very complex.
