How many quest is there in the game? i'd say 100+ but im only lvl 22 so i might be wrong

You are actually pretty close. There are about 186 quests...You might not obtain some quests if you for example, don't borrow any money from Sir Patrick. I'm not sure if anyone had this quest: (reposted from Planetdivinity)

Quest: Take care of the mad cow
Solution:
Buzz, a stable boy, asks you to take care of a mad heifer who seems to be behaving very aggressively. You will have to take her to healer Joram who might be able to cure the poor cow.

You can not continue playing after finishing the game (except, of course, by reloading a previous save or starting again).

Oh <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> so before i go to the wasteland i do as mush quest as i can?

yep. After the ceremony, you cant get back to Rivellon. At least not without cheating.
