How do I use these? When I click on it, it brings up a map, with different locations on it, but I haven't been able to go anywhere.

Hi and welcome in our forum.
To activate any of the teleporters, you first must have the proper teleporter scrolls in your inventory. Then just click on the teleporter and it'll start to glow in white.

First you must go to the other teleporters and activate them with teleporterscrolls (one for each race)
You can get the elven scroll in the archers guild, and that will activate all elven teleporters (starting with the one north of archers guild). You can tell witch one is activated by the blue flame on the teleporter map.

Actually, I am at the teleporter near the burned out villiage. I do have the scroll for it. Hmmm. Maybe it's the ONLY one I've activated?

Is it the only one marked with a blue flame on the map? If so, I guess you are right...
