So here's more info on the problem.
There were 4 partitions (all NTFS).
The boot partion neede to be extended. After that the comp started but couldnt find any windows software. (He couldnt read the xp). He probably used a disk for win98 (FAT) to extend the partition.
Would it be possible to go around this, if there was a disk with made for xp? With the disk i mean like the emergancy disk for win98.
