How do i get the axe for the Council of 7?

I'm on the Council of Seven part. Where is the Stone Axe and how do I get it? Also how do I get the three ceremonial item things for the Brenthion?

1) Axe: go to the dwarven halls and enter the mines. Its down there.

2) 3 items: all three items are with Josephina. two near the table, third on her (staff).
