i think i have figured it out, i downloaded the crc files and looked at the ones u listed, and it appears that i am missing the following files:

\Run\slashed-d3d6.cfg
\Run\persist.dat
\Run\sound.cfg
\Run\dat\usernotes.bin
\Run\sinfo.000
