Seth, yes it is sad to hear this about your dad. But, mine acts in the same way as yours.
I hear quite ofter. Come on, my PC is a peace of **** and it is broken again. Come and fix it.
And he still keeps opening spam mails regardless of my 1001 lections on danger of spam etc etc.
