I got a Halberd that says:

There is something strange about this weapon
Durability 12/12
Weight 150
Charm Quality 1
Damage 43-118
+2 Strength
+20 Vitality
+20 Magic
Recouperation Time 10
Type Staff
Required Agility 35
Required Strength 40

There is no quest associated with this weapon and I can't find any information on this weapon on any Divine Divinity site (ok, I might have missed it but google can't find the string anywhere). What gives? What is strange about this weapon?
