I agree highly, Janggut - honesty is very important (equals amongst equals) - differing personal points of views are important, too. And I do tend to express my view a bit strongly sometimes without intending it and am in need of rephrasing then (best excuse: English is not my mother language <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> )
